Account and access data

This may include your email address, Firebase authentication identifier, page-access session, and remaining usage-time balance.

Conversation and media data

Text, speech transcripts, images, files, camera input, and other content you submit may be processed to generate responses or provide requested features. Content may pass through third-party AI, avatar, voice, hosting, and storage services.

Payment data

Payment information is handled by the payment provider. OMEGA may receive limited transaction details needed to confirm access or provide support, but does not need to store full payment card credentials.

Technical data

Technical logs may include timestamps, browser or device information, function errors, security events, and service usage needed for troubleshooting and reliability.

Retention

Retention depends on the type of information, operational need, legal requirements, and provider settings. You may request deletion using the Data Deletion page.
